Xabier Uribe-Etxebarria is CEO and Founder of Anboto Group as well as the President of the organizing committee of BWS. Anboto is the company leader in Semantic and Natural Language technology applied to Web Customer Service and eCommerce. The products of Anboto are: Virtual Sales Agents and Intelligent Chats. Anboto has been named “Cool Vendor 2011” by Gartner. Anboto has been also the best rated company and awarded as the Start-up of the year 2010 world wide by Guidewire Group innovate!100 ranking.
Xabier is also an active advisor in World Wide Web Consortium. He has been the CEO on Interlan Systems. Some of his studies are: Industrial Organization Engineer, Industrial Technical Engineer, Industrial Electronics Speciality, PhD Course, in Language processing, Entrepreneurship Development Program (MIT Sloan), Marketing Digital (Harvard Business School), Negotiation (TEC Monterrey), Global Sales Strategies for Ambitious Entrepreneurs, (Chicago Booth School of Business).
